Validating Your Order?

After the order has been placed we will check the given information for validity. We check for a valid shipping address and method of payment.

Confirming Your Order?

A receipt of an electronic confirmation/receipt when any order placed on GeoArm's website is automatically emailed to the provided email address. GeoArm recommends that clients print this email confirmation/receipt for their records. Please note, that even though you received email confirmation/receipt this does not mean GeoArm has accepted your order. There are many reasons why GeoArm may reject your order. An email confirmation/receipt does not constitute GeoArm's offer to sell. If GeoArm rejects your order, then your credit card will not be charged. In the event your credit card was charged, then GeoArm will issue a refund. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be posted on your credit card statement. If your order is rejected we will notify you by either sending you an e-mail to the address we have on file or by calling you directly.

What if my Sales Tax Changes?

We do business throughout the United States (US) and collect sales tax according to the particular states applicable law. If the law regarding any states sales tax changes, we are permitted to collect the appropriate sales tax at that time and correctly apply it on customer's credit card.
