GeoArm security products carry a 30-days return guarantee (with RMA number issued), excluding processing fees associated with the transaction, programming charges and/or shipping and handling expenses. Ship only unopened security products back to us and please remember to place the RMA number visible on the outside of the package. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the order once it is received at our headquarters and the return is finalized. Alarm batteries, signs, power supplies/transformers and special order items are final and not eligible for return.

If you would like to exchange a product believed to be defective, and after us confirming/testing said defect, we will waive the restocking fee. However, if the product is found to be not defective, the original product will be returned at client's expense.

In the event the wrong item was sent to you, upon request a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you.

Please follow the "return criteria" steps listed below to receive a GeoArm issued RMA number.

 1. The return request form must be submitted within 30-days from the confirmed date of delivery. To receive your Return Merchandise Authorization RMA Number, please fill out and submit the below form.
 2. All manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
 3. Items must be unopened, in new and resalable condition. All packaging material (not torn or damaged) must be included.
 4. Place smaller manufacturer branded boxes in a larger corrugated box with packing paper and write the RMA number on the outside of the corrugated box.
 5. You are responsible for any return shipping expenses and we recommend that you purchase shippers insurance.
 6. Make sure you record your package tracking number.
 7. Return merchandise must be sent back to our address within 10-days of an RMA Number being issued. If a tracking number can not be referenced by 10 days, the RMA can be cancelled.


After you fill out the above form, you will be emailed a RMA number and the return shipping address.
