Open Issues:


May 8, 2025 - We are aware of a known issue with our recurring credit card management system. Users are unable to delete their existing credit cards or select a primary card after adding a new credit card to their account. If applicable, to change/update the credit card on file, click here to submit the following billing form.

Closed Issues:


May 8, 2025 - We are experiencing a Merchant Bank Issue that has resulted in our GeoArm Billing Portal going down. All customers are affected by this outage and it has been reported they are unable to reset their password or login to their online account. We appreciate your patience, our engineers are working to restore this as soon as possible.

May 12, 2025 - It has been reported AlarmNet, powered by GeoArm customers, are experiencing an impairment impacting the following services: Alarm Signaling and the Total Connect App. AlarmNet is monitoring the situation with high priority. Additional updates shall be provided until all services have fully restored.

May 15, 2025 - Update: Some GeoArm users may still be experiencing intermittent degraded performance in connecting to Verizon LTE communicators via AlarmNet, Total Connect 2.0, and/or Compass remote commands. This may result in various commands responding intermittently, such as panel login, changes to a panel, arm/disarm and failure to load panels. Resideo's team continues to actively investigate the issue. Resideo is actively engaged with Verizon's Technical Team.
