Installed it myself with excellent support from GeoArm. Goodby expensive, and slow, but reliable POTS (plain old telephone service) and DTMF (look it up) communications. Thank you for extending the service life of my outstanding (25 year old) DSC panel, wiring, and infrastructure well into the future, for short money! State of the art! Plus Z wave wireless (onece I learn how to configure and/or install it). So happy with this!! Plus remote app control! Love it!
