The Resideo Honeywell Home PROWIFIZW is a combination WiFi/Z-Wave communications module that is designed for use with the ProSeries PROA7, PROA7CN, PROA7PLUS and PROA7PLUSCN wireless touchscreen control panels. The PROWIFIZW combines the connectivity of WiFi and the automation of Z-Wave Plus into one easy to install module.
Also, the WiFi communicator can act standalone, without the requirement of cellular, and send reliable alarm signals over the WiFi network to GeoArm's central monitoring station. Not only does the PROWIFIZW communciations module provide a communications path for alarm signaling, it also provides remote connectivity to advanced functionality of the PROWLTOUCH wireless keypad and built-in Amazon Alexa services.
The PROWIFIZW requires a router and Internet service for WiFi connection to the AlarmClub central station and Amazon Alexa services. The module connects directly to the ProSeries control panel and is powered via the panel's connection.
Lastly, the PROWIFIZW module enables local automation control over Z-Wave/Z-Wave Plus capable lights, locks and thermostats. Optionally, automated control can be extended remotely by combining with Resideo's Total Connect Remote Services.
Please take note of the following, prior to installing the WiFi/Z-Wave module. Remember to remove all electrical power from the ProSeries control panel by unplugging the power supply and disconnecting the backup battery.

Installation Tip: If applicable, when installing the Resideo PROWIFIZW WiFi communications module inside the LTEM-PA or LTEM-PV cellular alarm communicator, an onsite technician with access to the AlarmNet 360 mobile platform is required. End users do not have access to AlarmNet 360.
