The 2GIG-FT100-345 wireless flood and temperature sensor provides essential protection against costly water damage and temperature-related issues in both residential and commercial environments. Combining flood and temperature sensing in a single compact device, the 2GIG FT100-345 ensures early detection of leaks, floods, or extreme temperatures before they cause major problems.
Operating at 345 MHz, this fully supervised, tamper-protected sensor monitors ambient temperature and detects the presence of standing water in its immediate area. The temperature sensing feature triggers an alert when readings exceed 95°F (35°C) or drop below 41°F (5°C), while the flood detection probe immediately reports the presence of water to the connected control panel.
The 2GIG-FT100-345 includes a 45-inch (114 cm) detection probe cable, providing installation flexibility in hard-to-reach or high-risk areas such as basements, laundry rooms, bathrooms, HVAC areas, and water heater closets. This ensures accurate, location-specific monitoring where it's needed most.
As part of the 2GIG 345S Series, the sensor features an onboard switch for encrypted or non-encrypted operation, allowing compatibility across the entire 2GIG ecosystem, including the 2GIG EDGE, GC Touch, and legacy 2GIG panels. This flexible configuration helps installers streamline inventory and simplify setup.
Powered by a single long-life CR123A lithium battery, the FT100-345 provides up to five years of dependable operation, minimizing maintenance while ensuring continuous property protection.
