M2M Services MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV Product Description:
The M2M Services MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV is a universal multi-band dual-path ethernet LAN and cellular 5G LTE CAT-M1 commercial fire alarm communicator that is compatible with most dial-capture interface existing panels supporting Ademco ContactID and SIA formats. With future-proof technology, the MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV communicator has a dual-SIM card that transmits fire alarm signals over the AT&T/Verizon LTE network(s) to the GeoArm central monitoring station.
The MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV communicator comes fully assembled, except for the antenna. The communicator must be installed within M2M FC08 Enclosure for Cellular Alarm Communicators, Altronix BC300R, or any other UL-Listed (UOXX, NITW or CYIV) metal enclosure. All the wiring must be routed through a conduit. For UL installations, the communicator must be mechanically secured to a UL-Listed enclosure such as a UL-Listed junction box.

The product is working well thus far. We are VERY pleased by how helpful and knowledgable our representative was. When we reached out for help with a problem with the phone line (the phone provider wouldn't help us at all), the technician offered alternatives, sent the link to the appropriate part, and when it arrived, he patiently coached us through installing the device ourselves (it was quite simple with his direction).
