The M2M module installation and setup was very easy. I am glad I made the switch as it will pay for itself, by cancelling landline service, in 7 months. And, the support I received from GeoArm to get my account online was straightforward and thorough!

When my 3G service gave out, I called GeoArm. They sent me a new 5G gizmo that I was able to easily hook up. Their tech service walked me thru the programming steps to get the new communicator working, and tested it. Awesome ? and they lowered my monthly fee!

Sal coached me through the simple wiring of 4 leads to change from home wired monitoring to cellular monitoring. I so appreciate that this can be done without a tech visit. Excellent service!

I had to add a cellular communicator to my old panel due to the 3g cutoff. This device worked anit was easy to install with extra guidance from tech support(old panel).

The M2M communicator was easily integrated with my HAI Omni Iie alarm panel. I was very happy to find that communicator supprts the interacive remote arm/disarm feature with my panel. Customer service was very helpful. My service was quickly activated. The low Geoarm price is the best that I have found.
