I no longer have a land line for my Alarm, so a very nice lady customer service answered my call and recommended we change to a cell device. Rafael followed up with a specific recommendation, which I ordered, and when it arrived I installed myself in the Interlogix panel (very easy) and Rafael programmed it remotely and tested it with me. It is working perfect and I am very happy customer.Was this rating helpful to you?
