This is a great water leak and freeze detector device that I installed over a year ago. The setup was a very easy and uneventful. I think this product is going to prove to be really helpful for years to come and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who has a situation requiring constant monitoring of humidity, temperature and/or possible flooding.

After having our drain backup twice over night we decided to have peace of mind and get this water alarm. It is VERY loud and we can hear it three floors up if water ever comes into the basement again...but here's hoping this alarm never goes off.
