Alula RE629 Product Description:


The Alula RE629 is a Connect+ encrypted wireless glassbreak detector used to monitor against the sound of broken glass up to 20 feet away. The RE629 glassbreak detector has four sensitivity levels that you can adjusted, making it more flexible for each application.

The RE629 glassbreak detector is compatible for sending alarm signals to the Alula Connect+ wireless security system. When sensor detects breaking glass, the LED will turn on for 5 seconds. The glassbreak detector also has low battery supervision and a cover tamper to increase the reliability that it will work when you need it to. For quick and easy mounting of the sensor, the RE629 comes with included tape and anchors.

Select a mounting location at a height of at least 6.5 feet (2m) and no more than 20 feet (6m) from the window you wish to protect. Ensure the sensor has visual line-of-sight to all windows being protected. Use a glassbreak tester to confirm operation before permanently mounting using the mounting screws or VHB tape.

Functionality is unknown until glass breakage. Nevertheless, items blink dependably and utilize little battery current. I am very pleased with these units and would rate them A+

Pretty solid wireless glass break detector. It's a sleek design. Sensitivity adjustments are easy and has very good battery life, and Excellent experience with alarm company and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for this type of product.
