Honeywell ZWSTAT Product Description:

The Honeywell ZWSTAT is a Z-Wave® thermostat that communicates with the 5800ZBRIDGE Z-Wave Energy Management Module to enable automatic control. The ZWSTAT is an ideal addition to any Z-Wave connected Honeywell home or business security system. Precise temperature control enables ZWSTAT to provide better comfort, fewer temperature swings and conserve more energy. DIYer's can create keypad lockouts in homes and businesses an excellent way to save money and energy by curtailing children and unauthorized personnel from adjusting the thermostat. Other notable features include the ability to alternate between heating and cooling based on temperature settings, alerts to change air filters and pads, fan circulation and more.

Product Features:
  • Adaptive Intelligent Recovery Allows the thermostat to "learn" how long the furnace and air conditioner take to reach programmed settings, so the temperature is reached at the scheduled time.
  • Keypad Lockouts Optional "range stops" can be created to keep temperature settings limited to a minimum/maximum setting ideal for retail and residential applications where employees and children may attempt to adjust thermostats.
  • Reminders ZWSTAT can alert homeowners to clean and change air filters and humidifier/dehumidifier filters and pads helping to maximize performance and efficiency while conserving energy.
  • Auto Change Over ZWSTAT can automatically change between heating and cooling based upon indoor temperature. As a result, the homeowner will not have to manually change the thermostat to turn on the heat during early morning cool periods and turn off the heat during warmer periods of the day. (User can also select Manual Change Over)
  • Fan Circulation The fan circulation feature moves air when heating or cooling is not required saving energy and helping to eliminate hot and cold spots.
  • Effortless, menu-driven programming Guides users through programming by responding to their choices. Allow users to easily customize the thermostat for their own unique schedules. Choose from a seven day programmable or non-programmable schedule with up to four daily periods.
  • Energy savings Program to save up to 33% on annual heating and cooling costs. Allows consumer to put thermostat into an energy savings mode separately from other Z-Wave devices
