The Ecobee EB-STATE3LTP-02 (aka Ecobee3 Lite) is a dual-band WiFi smart thermostat that is compatible with Alarm.com's interactive automation monitoring services. The Ecobee3 Lite SmartThermostat learns and adapts to your schedule to deliver comfort where it counts. Connect to SmartSensor (sold separately) for better comfort in the rooms that matter most. Simply, purchase the additional SmartSensors you want to add and place them in the rooms that matter the most. The SmartSensor helps to manage excessively hot or cold spots around your small business or home and saves money on your annual energy costs.

Using the SmartSensor check the temperature in important rooms like the nursery using the Alarm.com app or your favorite voice assistant and adjust for comfort. With Follow Me detection, the SmartSensor automatically adjusts the temperature for energy savings when you leave home and restores your comfort settings when you get back. The SmartThermostat also adjusts automatically for indoor humidity, time-of-use energy prices (when electricity is cheaper and cleaner), and local demand for even more savings.

Everything you need to install your Ecobee3 Lite SmartThermostat, besides basic tools, is in the box and installation should take about 45 minutes. You can install with confidence on your own, or hire a local professional to install it for you.

    Super simple. And works with my old home. Clean and nice looking. Glad I can also use my phone to adjust the temperature and schedule, although my house is quite small, I'm too lazy to get up at times. Connecting to wifi took a few attempts and fumbling around, but got it to work. Overall, spent like 40 minutes on the installation and setting up wifi to it.

    Easy to install and easy to use. I bought the Alexa thermostat first and could never get it to install. This one hooked right up to my network and was installed in around 20 minutes. Five stars!

    I love this device, my first smart thermostat. Installed the app, set up the schedule, and it works great. The app is very user-friendly. When I get close to the thermostat it "wakes up" as it senses my phone. It's compatible with Alexa and the Apple home kit.

    This is a great product, The design is so nice, It has such a nice interface and the ease of use is fantastic. I honestly feel completely taken care of, it's doing its thing and I don't have to worry. Also, the weather updates are great too.

    I'm pretty happy with this thermostat, installation and setup was easy, hardware and software is quite good. I love the way that programming schedules is done by first setting comfort settings temperature ranges for Home, Away, and Sleep then putting those comfort settings in a schedule. Also graphs are pretty good and informative.
