GeoArm's North American Return Policy


All non-programmed GeoArm security products carry a 30-days money back guarantee unless they are back ordered or special order items. All programmed equipment may incur nominal programming charge. All battery, signs, power supply, mounting materials, networking and safe sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your security equipment order within the first 30-days from purchase, notify us and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. GeoArm will refund in full deducting any processing, shipping and third-party handling fees associated with the transaction. Simply follow the "return criteria" to receive a GeoArm issued RMA and ship your near perfect security products back to us with the RMA visible on the outside of the package.

GeoArm Return Criteria:


1. GeoArm must be notified within 30-days from the confirmed date of delivery and you must fill out the below form to receive your GeoArm Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
2. All manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
3. Items must be in near perfect condition (new and resalable) they were sent including packaging material (not torn or damaged), manuals, and warranty cards.
4. Place items in the box with packing paper and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. You are responsible for any return shipping expenses and we recommend that you purchase shippers insurance.
6. Make sure you record your package tracking number.
7. GeoArm must receive returned merchandise at the below address within 30-days after the confirmed date of package delivery, in accordance with above mentioned criteria.

You have two options with how you
want us to deal with your return:


1. GeoArm can credit your purchasing credit card account number. Please allow up to 30-days for processing your return.
or
2. GeoArm can issue a store credit to be used against future purchases or apply the amount as a credit towards your monthly monitoring bill.

In the event the wrong item was sent to you, you will be credited all freight charges relevant to the wrongly shipped item. Make sure to include postal receipt in your return package.
