The Telguard TG-SCI is a dual-path alarm communicator for self-contained control panels. The Telguard TG-SCI with SafetyNet offers the best of both worlds for today's DIYER's. It combines the economics of broadband with the always-on, reliable protection of cellular. WiFi, an opportunistic path for alarm communications, can occasionally become unavailable. SafetyNet, the industry's first hot standby cellular pathway, ensures that alarm signals are always transmitted to the GeoArm central station.
The TG-SCI is the ideal way to upgrade any installed 2G Interlogix Simon XT/ XTi panels. Keep in mind the TG-SCI is also compatible with Interlogix Simon 3, Interlogix Concord, Interlogix Concord Express, Honeywell Lynx Plus and Lynx Touch, and DSC Alexor control panels utilizing TG-SCI expansion pack. By simply plugging the TG-SCI into the panel using its 6-pin header, our DIYer's are always protected.
Telguards TG-SCI can add HomeControl Flex™, three-state arming for use with the Interlogix Simon XT and Simon XTi panels. With HomeControl Flex, the TG-SCI allows DIYer's the ability to utilize a mobile app for Android, iPhone and Windows Phones to remotely arm their system with prebuilt automation rules from IFTTT to connect to the ever expanding list of consumer products and services they use every day.
Additionally, DIYer's have the option to include video capabilities with Arlo Wire-free HD Cameras, enabling remote viewing of eventtriggered clips, images and live video from anywhere, on a smartphone, computer or tablet.

I installed this for my Family who had a Simon XTi security system that was on GSM. I was able to add this communicator and salvage my existing system/sensor which saved me plenty of money. It is exactly what I needed to get the system operational again. Thanks Geoarm!
