Legally Enforceable Online Contract: By processing your pending GeoArm alarm monitoring services order through GeoArm.com using your credit card, YOU HAVE ACCEPTED A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE ONLINE CONTRACT, AND ADDITIONALLY HAVE AGREED UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE "CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE" GOVERNING YOUR PENDING TRANSACTION WITH GEOARM.

18+ Years of Age Required to Purchase: GeoArm requires all users to be at least 18 years of age to purchase any merchandise or to sign up for any monitoring service. By purchasing on this website you are confirming that you are of age. GeoArm is intended for users over the age of 13. Users under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian before entering GeoArm.

Sales Tax Policy: GeoArm does business throughout the United States and collects sales tax according to the particular states applicable law. If the law regarding any states sales tax changes GeoArm is permitted to collect the appropriate sales tax at that time and correctly apply it towards the purchase without notice. In the event that a customer is charged more or less sales tax than the law dictates in his/her specific location, it is the customer's responsibility to notify GeoArm or pay the appropriate taxes.

Product Appearance: GeoArm pictures and information herein is presented to showcase products as accurately as possible. GeoArm does not guarantee the exact color seen on any GeoArm product will exactly match your perception of the product's online appearance. This is due to differences in your monitor's output or the quality of photos that have been optimized for use online. All images resident on GeoArm.com may not be copied, modified, distributed, reproduced or reused.

Email Acceptance: GeoArm assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, resulting from any email that is submitted to GeoArm by using the online forms or resulting from any agent's behavior. GeoArm claims that its emails are not 100% safe and may be susceptible to external tampering.

Errors on GeoArm.com: GeoArm reserves the right to withdraw any declared offer and to correct any errors, omissions or inaccuracies after the order has been submitted, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for purchase and the order was cancelled by GeoArm, then we will issue a credit back to the purchasing credit card for the exact amount charged. Your particular bank will dictate when this amount is credited back to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in accordance with GeoArm's return policy.

Venue of Applicable Law: GeoArm is located in the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes, small claims and federal, that may arise must be settled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. You must consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and agree to the process of service by mail, thus waiving any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available. The State of Florida laws will govern legal notices, disclaimers, and privacy policies without any conflict of laws.
