To complete your DIY home security installation, plug in the Concord 4 transformer into a standard wall outlet and connect the Concord 4 to a phone jack with live service.
When designing your system, keep in mind that the GE Concord 4 hybrid security system supports up to (96) total zones with expansion modules but only supports (8) hardwired zones and (96) wireless zones without expansion. You should add GE SuperBus 2000 wired 8-zone expansion modules if you want to add more than (8) hardwired zones to your Concord 4 hybrid security system.
Concord 4 VoIP or Phone Line Alarm Monitoring:
The Concord 4 hybrid security system comes equipped to send its alarm signals over a traditional phone line. The Concord 4 has also been proven to work reliably with certain VoIP providers. The recommended VoIP providers are:
